Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 days on, 2 days off

They take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences to their discerning members. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join this esteemed kitchen brigade.

Position Overview:

As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in elevating the dessert offerings to the highest standard. Working closely with the Executive Head Chef, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from renowned 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants, you will contribute to creating exquisite pastry creations that reflect their commitment to culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Executive Head Chef to design and execute a world-class pastry menu.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen.
  • Managing and mentoring the pastry team to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Implementing and adhering to stringent hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Contributing creative ideas and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end, fine dining establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, trends, and presentation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering an impeccable culinary experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for staying at the forefront of pastry innovations.
