Position Overview: As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our clients guests. You will work alongside a superb team of skilled chef within a dynamic and rewarding company.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain a consistently high level of food quality and presentation.
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and ready for service.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end culinary establishment.
- Culinary qualifications and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
